“The day after tomorrow, Tuesday, 8 June, at 1:00 p.m., International Catholic Action is calling for the dedication of one minute for peace, each according to his or her own religious tradition. Let us pray in particular for the Holy Land and for Myanmar.”
On 8 June 2021, a Tweet from the Pope recalls the ‘One Minute for Peace’ event at 1 p.m.

With ONE MINUTE FOR PEACE 2021 On June 8th at 1 p.m. We invite everyone: Catholics, Christians of different denominations, believers of the many religions, men and women of good will, to get together to pray and work for peace all over the world, especially in Jerusalem between Israelis and Palestinians and in Myanmar.
The initiative is addressed to single people and groups. It could be an occasion to meet on or near the 8th of June, at the time of this pandemic keeping in mind the media and the social media.
It is up to us! Let us involve people and spread this initiative so that we may be able to count on an ever- growing number of MINUTES FOR PEACE all over the world.
