On Saturday, 6 July, Mgr Petko Valov was ordained bishop for the eparchy ‘St John XXIII’ in Sofia.
The new bishop has always participated in IFCA initiatives in Bulgaria since 1999 with priests and lay people of the Byzantine and Latin Rites.
Maria Grazia Tibaldi, IFCA secretary, participated in this moment of communion and joy with many friends from Bulgaria and other countries. On July and in the first Divine Liturgy on 7 July.
