In Africa, we have to change the date and to duplicate the meeting, first all they have security problems due to conflicts in North Kivu and also health problems due to an ongoing Ebola epidemic. The meeting took place in two stages and in different countries, a first meeting in Rwanda where it was planned and a second one in Burundi to allow the participation of countries that could not reach Rwanda.
First step: Kigali (Rwanda) 21-24 August 2019
84 Participants from: Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Senegal and Congo. Due to problems caused by the Ebola epidemic not all expected participants were able to reach Rwanda.
